Question:
My daily recitation comprises of 21 times of the Heart Sutra. I recite 21 times and 11 times for my husband and son respectively. A Buddhist practitioner told me that if I were to recite 21 times of the Heart Sutra as part of my daily recitation, the total number of times of the Heart Sutra to be recited on behalf of my husband and son should not exceed that of mine. Is this right?
