(Master Jun Hong Lu’s call-in radio program)
Caller: When we recite the Eighty-eight Buddhas Great Repentance Sutra, is there any difference in effect between nodding our heads quickly and not nodding our heads when we are kneeling?
Master Jun Hong Lu: It all depends on your heart. Be it kneeling down, or nodding your head while standing, they are both ineffectual if you do not put your heart into it.
Caller: If we worry that we may feel drowsy while reciting the Eighty-eight Buddhas Great Repentance Sutra, can we move around the house as though we are circumambulating the statues of Buddha in a clock-wise direction?
Master Jun Hong Lu: Yes you can, but do it in a clock-wise direction.
