WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT RAMPANT THOUGHTS THAT CAUSE DISTRACTION?

Wenda20170901 01:10:00
(Master Jun Hong Lu’s Call-In Radio Program)

Caller:  Master Lu, lately, I have had rampant thoughts that distract me, and I simply cannot control them.  What should I do?

Master Jun Hong Lu:  If you cannot control rampant thoughts, it just goes to show you are not cultivating yourself well.  It requires daily practice to manage your wandering thoughts and keep them under control.

Caller:  I keep trying, but I cannot stop the invasion of these sudden thoughts.

Master Jun Hong Lu:  This is because you have not been curbing your thoughts well.

Caller:  I understand, Master Lu.  From today onward I will learn to control my distracting thoughts.  Thank you for answering my question, Master Lu.
