Caller: Master Lu, could you explain the phrase, ‘When the mind is harmonious with Bodhi, every step forward will sprout lotuses’?
Master Jun Hong Lu: ‘When the mind is harmonious with Bodhi’, like Bodhisattva it correspondingly must be filled with compassion, embodied wisdom, diligence, and courage. Whereby, ‘every step forward will sprout lotuses’ is an analogy meaning each step taken is consistent with the harmonious path of the lotus, the path of Bodhisattva.’
