Question: From the metaphysics perspective, if a person owns many bank cards with zero balance in these accounts for a long time, will this cause their financial fate to go downhill?

Answer: It is best to cancel the cards as it is really not good. If there is always an opening for the outflow of money without any funds inflow, this ‘opening’ can only get bigger over time.
